Usage

• To be added to and mixed into various foods as an agent to disinfect food surfaces and improve shelf life.
• Disinfection of cooking utensils, food machinery and appliances, etc.
• Disinfection of your surroundings: tables, chairs, handrails, toys, etc.

How to use

1. Spray an appropriate amount of the agent onto food surfaces, cooking utensils, food machinery and appliances, etc.
2. Add to (mix into) a food in an amount that is 1 to 3% of the food. (When used as a food additive, must be labeled as “alcohol,” “ethanol,” “ethyl alcohol,” or “spirits.” When used as a processing aid, labeling is not required.)
3. After removing moisture from the surfaces of tables and chairs, etc., spray directly and wipe with a dry cloth, or apply an appropriate amount to a dry cloth and wipe.
4. Use in an undiluted state.

Precautions for use

• Do not use if you are allergic to ethanol.
• Do not inhale ethanol of this agent.
• Prolonged inhalation may lead to intoxication, which prevents one from working at heights or driving a car.
• Use in a well-ventilated area where possible.
• Keep away from heat sources, sparks, and hot ignition sources.
• When spraying, exercise due caution to prevent eye contact. In the event of eye contact, immediately wash thoroughly under running water and seek medical advice. Also, take the same measures in the case of contact with a wound, etc.
• As discoloration or a change in color may occur depending on the painted surface and the subject material, check for any abnormalities before use.

How to store

• Store in a tightly-closed container in a cool, dark place. Keep out of reach of babies and infants.
